Healing Patch Community Supporters/Groups

The Healing Patch Children's Grief Program is a FREE program for the community, fully supported by individual and community dollars, grants, and fundraising events.

Thank you to these supporters/community groups who have organized an event or activity to raise funds for the Healing Patch. Your commitment to helping grieving children and their families is deeply appreciated!

The Healing Patch is the grateful recipient of funds from various fundraising events in local schools and communities, with efforts being coordinated by individuals who have been touched by Healing Patch services in one of many ways. In addition to the bi-weekly group sessions at the centers in Altoona and Ebensburg, the Healing Patch also offers in-school peer support groups, “grief education” in the classroom, community education and lending library of resources.

Thank you to these supporters/community groups who have organized an event or activity to raise funds for the Healing Patch since 2020. Your commitment to helping grieving children and their families is deeply appreciated!
