 Message from President and CEO Although an exciting summer has come to a close, Home Nursing Agency has great news to kick-off the fall season! For the 3rd consecutive year, Home Nursing Agency has been selected as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for 2006. It is such a special tribute for the Agency to be recognized among so many successful businesses in Pennsylvania. I would like to thank all of the staff for helping us to achieve this statewide recognition. Just to be selected in this category is a tremendous honor, especially since it's employee-driven. The ranking, within the top 50 large-company category, will be announced at the Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony in Hershey on Tuesday, November 28th. Members of the Agency's Leadership Team also deserve a special acknowledgment for their part in creating a culture of caring and support that has helped us to become one of the Best Places to Work in PA. This designation affirms that we are committed to creating a culture of excellence, and that our five core principles - Leadership, Employee Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, Quality and Profitable Growth - are guiding us in the right direction.
