 Santorum's Staff Visits Home Nursing Agency in Altoona Home Nursing Agency, with offices located throughout Central PA, recently hosted several of U.S. Senator Rick Santorum's staff in their corporate offices in Altoona to discuss long-term care and home health needs for Pennsylvanians. As part of the visit, Senator Santorum's staff also had an opportunity to visit with a telehealth client who was previously hospitalized with Congestive Heart Failure and had been readmitted several times. Yet, with the telehealth monitor, the patient is able to remain in the comfort of his own home, reducing the number of re-hospitalizations. The visit was part of a Home Nursing Agency initiative to raise awareness of telehealth services and the cost-benefits such services provide. Affiliate Board.
