10/16/2015 Patched Together: A Day of Music to Benefit the Healing Patch is an annual event planned and executed by a committed group of volunteers to raise funds to support grieving children and their families. Please consider supporting Patched Together as a 2015 sponsor!

On Saturday, November 21, 2015, live music, giveaways, games, and family fun will combine in the Fifth Annual Patched Together concert. This annual all-day event harnesses the power of music to raise funds on behalf of the Home Nursing Agency Healing Patch: A Program for Loss and Hope for Grieving Children and Their Families. Patched Together 2015 features a wide variety of local and regional bands and musicians, and entertainment for ALL ages. This year’s event will run from 2:00pm - 10:00pm and features basket raffles, contests and prizes in-between performances. Admission is only $5.00 or FREE with the purchase of a Patched Together 2015 t-shirt!
As Patched Together provides financial support to children in need, our doors are open to kids of all ages. Patched Together 2015 is a family-oriented, kid-friendly event! We will have an entire floor of supervised children’s activities, including face-painting, arts and crafts, and other creative and fun activities. In short, there’s something for every member of the family at Patched Together 2015!
Since 2011, Patched Together has raised $50,000 to support the provision of services to grieving children and families. All of our proceeds after expenses are provided as a gift to the Home Nursing Agency Healing Patch, which means you can enjoy your day at Patched Together knowing that you are providing support to young people dealing with loss.

- Tax-deductible donations
- Donations to the Patched Together Committee to assist with operating expenses can be made in the form of cash or check written to “Patched Together, Inc.”
- Gift baskets and in-kind donations to be raffled off at the event

- $5 admission charge or FREE when you wear a 2015 Patched Together t-shirt!
- Patched Together t-shirts are only $16; wear the t-shirt to the show and you will be admitted for free! T-shirts are available directly from Patched Together volunteers (via www.facebook.com/PatchedTogether, or by visiting www.patchedtogether.com. T-shirts will also be available day of show, but popular sizes sell out quickly!
