11/16/2018 Of the 1.1 million people in the United States living with HIV/AIDS, one in seven individuals does not know he/she is infected, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As World AIDS Day is observed on Dec. 1, it serves as a reminder for individuals to undergo HIV testing. The CDC advises that all people from ages 13-64 should be tested for HIV/AIDS once in their lifetime.

6/27/2018 The 5th Annual Life O’Riley Memorial Ride is scheduled for Sat., July 21 to benefit Home Nursing Agency’s Healing Patch: A Program for Loss and Hope for Grieving Children and Their Families. Hosted by 4D’s Lounge in Altoona, the ride begins with registration at 10:30 a.m. and kickstands up at noon. Doors open at 4 p.m. for those not participating in the ride.
