Home Nursing Agency was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work In PA. This survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace, policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics for a total of twenty-five percent. The second part, making up the remaining seventy-five percent, consisted of the "Great Place to Work Trust Index Employee Survey", through which the institute evaluated randomly chosen employee survey results and comments.
